Starbucks is in its ninth year of sponsorship of STG, and to show our mutual support, I joined several STG staff members at Starbucks headquarters today to participate in their 40th Anniversary celebration.
It was a terrific experience, featuring Howard Schultz speaking from the heart and ringing the end of the day NASDAQ bill. I was inspired by Howard's reference to growing Starbucks in a way that balances profits and benevolence.
