STG Heads to Orcas Island

We just had our first rehearsal for More Music @ The Moore 2010 and it totally rocked!!! Here’s what one young artist, Shekinah Sanoy, had to say about the experience:

"Last night was an unforgettable night for me. I have never seen so much young talent in one room. The rehearsal opened up my mind to different kinds of music and how to appreciate them. I also learned a lot from the suggestions of the Music Director, Daniel Bernard Roumain (DBR) and one of them is to put the music we're playing to heart and do whatever it leads us to do. To wrap it up... the MM@M rehearsal was AWESOME!"
