The Life of an STG Dog

Hi out there in blog-land, I didn’t want to let all the people have fun and write stuff without getting my thoughts in, too – oh, in case you were wondering, I’m one of the dogs in the office. What people out there don’t know is that the STG offices are dog friendly...personally, I like coming in every day with my person (I don’t like staying home alone). I guess I should actually introduce myself. I’m Toby-dog, and my person works in the Programming department.

It is pretty great being an STG dog - I get to lay around all day and people come around and give me belly scratches and treats...there are a few other dogs here as well. My buddy across the hall is Ringo - he is still a puppy, but I like him all the same :)

My person and the rest of the Programming team are hard at work getting the 09/10 season booked – they have some good shows in there, so stay tuned for that. It seems like right now everyone around here is really busy, so my job is to go say Hi to them every once in a while....I’ve found that people like to pet me and it makes them happy (and it makes me happy as well). I try to do my part here in the office and not just lay around all day – I will even sometimes act super goofy just to get a laugh out of someone.

Well, I am going to go now – typing is hard on the paws.

Traffic & Parking Hurdles this Weekend...

Attending the LION KING this weekend? Or thinking of taking a fun trip into the city for a weekend visit?

Well, be advised: there are some major construction happenings on I-5 that could delay your trip (more info here), and the gardeners' paradise, otherwise known as the Northwest Flower and Garden Show, is at the Convention Center for the duration of the weekend (perhaps for the last time), so parking lots are super busy!

Plan ahead, take a deep breath and travel safely.
